we live in california also but chose to get married in las vegas. the problem is las vegas has their own law regarding the maiden name.they said we have to changed it to whatever middle name i want to use after we receive the marriage license but i dont know where to start.

hi i think we have the same problem. my finacee (filipino-american) stayed here in the philippines for 3 years and so he doesnt have an income tax for the last 3 years. he went back to US november 2010 and started working for part time since january 2011. our lawyer made a certification/attestation saying that he didnt stayed in US for 3 years (2008,2009,2010) and so he is not able to file any income tax. my finacee signed it and that paper was attached to his current income tax. since he's work is part time only, his mom also did the affidavit of support for me.

Yup. My fiance interviewed on September 8th in Albania and they told her they need additional administrative processing. Is that the case with you as well?

thank you so much, i kept on following up 2Go via phone but the hotline is taking forever to be answered then i tried the email. they will always tell me that my document is negative even though the embassy already told me that it has been forwarded to 2Go. i think the best thing that i did was texted the 2GO nearest me and they told me that they will inform me once they got my visa. early morning today, they informed me that my visa is already available on the shop. =)

yes, it should really be 15,050. me, i personally went to bank of the phipippine islands and asked the customer service representative regarding the payment for K1 and they said that amount to me and proceeded to the cashier

after you receive you visa you can go to CFO seminar anytime. they don't schedule seminar. it's only walki in seminar. good luck!

dont mix up the CFO and the seminar because they are 2 different agencies. the seminar is walk-in so as the CFO. what you can only download is the CFO form that will be presented when you go to CFO and it doesnt mean that you're already scheduled after you downloaded it

you can attend the seminar 10am in PRISM taft and finish 2pm then go straight to CFO. dont stress yourself too much

you can finish the CFO and seminar in 1 day

just download the form for CFO and fill it up then go to CFO for the sticker after you're done with the seminar
