My interview is in a couple of days and if I see that my wife to be is or has lied to me it is over. All we have at this point it trust. she/he is there and we are here! We have to go through so much for them. My wife and I has talked about the what would be a relationship ender on both ends. Lying is more important than cheating. Both will end it, but lying we agreed was the worst and would lead to what ever legal action we could take and hating one another, whereas cheating would just end our relationship and friendship. Sorry to say this girl. Leave him alone, no matter what anyone says. I have been there and done that and wasted 12 years of my life hoping she would do right and it never happened. ( boy is she sorry) Now she gets to watch me and my wife to be move forward. Move on and I know it hurt like hell. move on, you will find that man that love and respect you enough to tell you the truth always. I am one so we are still out here... ( no I have NEVER LIED to my wife to be! ) yea I pissed her off, but told her the truth and she loves the hell out of me for it.

California Service Center sucks, their too slow , just keep waiting and hopefully you will get your NOA 2 soon, have you contacted them yet?

why not just have everybody working as a TEAM TO KNOCK THEM ALL OUT.. i am sure its a NEVER ENDING battle.. ..
besides.. maybe they were short staffed due to holidays..

If there are back logs of files uscis should have persons personally to deal with that. The files they recieve recent should not have to wait until they have finish with there back logs because this is messing with the timeline for persons. It is unfair to file my petition and my five or six months has past and i have to wait on uscis to finish with there back logs before they can deal with the recents filers.......Something needs to be done about this. This is very bad service......persons wants to be with their love ones.....this is foolishness

But this is seriously screwing up he numbers. Few weeks ago VJ was predicting my NOA2 by April 26th now it is saying by January 26th. All of these low end numbers and approvals from December and January filings are screwing up all predictions.

I admit I'm trying to come up with a response that is nice.. kind.. and congratulatory...

"Glad" to see the VSC is now processing September I-129f applications while CSC still has June I-130 filers waiting. Can someone explain why an I-129f would take less time on average to be approved than an I-130 by the USCIS?

Yeah... I can't say I feel ill will towards them.. but I can totally understand what you're saying. It's beyond infuriating to still be sitting here waiting and waiting and waiting and then reading someone posting how they go through USCIS in less than a week or so. It's rare, but still infuriating. Or the person who went all the way from paper work submitted to visa in hand in less than 90 days.
Not to mention those lucky people who got sent to VSC instead and *ZIP* they're done.
I don't hate them. But it still annoys me to no end...
And here we sit... with nothing but government excuses...

I told my wife the same thing last night and she had an emotional breakdown. I am resigned to the fact that there are a lot of pending applications from July and they are obviously falling behind and that there isn't much I can do about it at this point other than wait. I have decided to travel to see my wife in the next month or so instead of waiting until the interview since that won't likely be until Spring at the earliest. As of the writing of this post there have only been two VJers who have reported receiving an NOA2 for their I-130 petition from the CSC in the past 2 weeks. I understand they are backlogged, but it almost seems like they are running at a snail's pace.
I have to admit that part of what frustrates me the most is to read posts in the NVC threads where VJers are complaining about how long it is taking to get their case number. When I check their timelines they have submitted their I-130 petitions after me and they were processed by CSC without an expedite request. I can deal with the backlog, there are only so many people to work the petitions, but what I have a difficult time with is that petitions aren't being worked in the order which they were received (excluding expedited requests).

I doubt he could get here before July even if she puts this in there at the rate they process applications at CSC. Perhaps if she gets VSC she may be able to have him here by that time. But with the way that Islamabad hands out AP I still highly doubt he will be here in time. Also, I would hesitate to have my wife put something like this in there if we had been intimate prior to marriage. This wont look very "decent" because Pakistan is an Islamic country. Even though these things happen I was told by others that when asked about premarital relations they did not answer truthfully due to the laws in Pakistan against premarital sexual relations. I do not think it is a good idea to mention it at this point. I also doubt it will help the case.

Hehehe on a side note my son just asked me "do babies in the mom's stomach come from brown eggs or white eggs or does is depend on if you are brown or if you are white"? LOL Then he asked me "or is is it like granpa said they come from swallowing watermelon seeds, so if you swallow two seeds or three seeds does that mean twins and triplets"? That made me laugh too! Life is full of blessings! We just neglect or tend to overlook them sometimes!

Due to the heavy volume of petitions there is no way to accurately estimate the time each of us will have to wait to receive our NOA2. This is because the individuals here on VJ only make up a small percentage of the actual load of cases iled at each service center. Therefore, all of us who are still waiting and see others who filed after us are quite upset. It is very disheartening to see this taking place. Also, calling NCSC is useless for the most part. I would just advise you to wait until you reach the 5 month mark and then file a service request on your case or even a congress inquiry. This is what the NCSC avised me to do on my case. I pray niether of us have to hit that 5 month mark.

my god, can you not find any information out for yourself? i know i am going to get blasted for this reply, but my god- you always ask questions, whre it can simply be looked up, i know we are here to help everyone but look up information up yourself! if you can not find it after you did your homework, then ask, dont be lazy, do what everyone else has to do and do it yourself!

I agree with you everytime I see this happen I feel so upset. It is really sad that others have to wait and some jump right in front of the line. I hope that we all get our approvals soon!

like a csc filer who got approved 27 days from their noa1 date saying they did not even request for expedite.

Wow I can't praise them because I applied before you and I am still waiting. I will congratulate you though. You are very fortunate as most of us are still waiting and will be for awhile. I wish I were as lucky to have my approval too as early as you. Even if i get it tomorrow I still would have waited longer than you though. Well, good luck and say a prayer for the rest of us.

Hello! Why does it matter whether he is African American or Caucasian? Does that matter in this situation? Why did you even have to bring his race up? Is it your friend or you that needs the advice? At any rate, she should know if he has another woman or not nobody on here can help her. She needs to follow him and see what he does when he is not at home or just come out and ask him.

Just be patient! VSC actually is not that bad from what i have seen. We were at CSC and had a HUGE delay once we were approved. It took them forever to send our case to NVC... Whereas VSC has been shipping them on much faster.
In this process I think everyone will be slowed down at one point or another (be it at the service center or in shipping or in waiting for a case number at NVC) but in the end you will probably finish up much sooner than the 9 months. Our estimate was 5 months and it only took 3. You will need lots of patience and friends and family to keep your mind occupied while waiting. Think positive thoughts and maybe plan a trip to see your spouse in 2 months. that will break up the waiting nicely. Thats what we did and I could not have made it through this without that visit! Kept me strong! You can do this
