    I am visiting my fiance for the second time in October. We have no proof of our first visit but this time we will, I am visiting for 90 days but we want to file our application in November while I am still visiting the U.S. We are doing this to reduce the processing time by filing our application in November rather than filing it in January 2012 when I return back to UK. The question is can we do this or do we have to wait until I return back to U.K. then file the application?
