Does anyone knows what is happening with California Service Centre not approving any new i-130s anymore for F4 category. The dates are not moving its been several months and stuck on Feb-11-2013.

Someone asked about immigration reform bill.

Everything i am reading regarding F4 category really making me sad.

I filed I-130 for my brother last month and received NOA1 still waiting for NoA2. My father expired 5 years ago and mom died last year. The only family i have my only brother in back home. Before politician eliminate F4 category they should think people like me too.

When they were turning him back my friend asked officer if he can come back again and officer told him he can come back but do not try it immediately. He is married and just wanna visit for shopping and stuff.

My friend is scared now and he doesn't wanna get stuck at border again.

I-160a is "notice of refusal of admission" and by itself means no ban. How long did he overstay 7 years ago? Did they writer anything in his passport then or now?

No they did not write anything on I-160a form and he was travelling on his enhanced driving licence. He was there almost for 1 year. I am not sure how to check if he is good to go or should wait ?

Friend entry refused at the border he is Canadian citizen. The only thing he received form I-160a. He was unlawfully present in states 7 years ago. What does I-160a form means he got ban for few years or he just refused for the time and can travel again ?
