All k1s go to Dallas. Its a lockbox. They make sure all your forms are there and your check. Then they send it to whichever service center it needs to go to.
-
beneficiary must send a letter of intent and it must be original signature. no copy

I had a lawyer too. I fired him because of crappy work like this. I was married twice. I sent in certified copes of my divorce decrees. They want to see the whole thing. Yes, you need letters of intent from both. We also did a second one for the interview stage. I have seen this thing with the Filipino site somewhere on here. You need to go to your specific country portal and check with dome other people for that one.

1) Personal check is best. 2) a# is on your i797 from AOS. 3) no photos 4) no 5) Just tax returns
-
Calm your nerves. All you can do now is wait. Keep track of emails, cards, gifts etc. you will need to write a new letter agreeing to marry within 90 days. Get your tax transcripts together. Have all your ducks in a row for when the time comes. Good luck to you.

you only need 1 copy for the whole thing. all 3 forms fo in the envelope together for $1,070. $985 for AOS and $85 for biometrics

My hubby's took 9 mo. You can go to uscis.gov to check the status
-
Go to the guide and on the right it has adjusting to permanent resident for k1. Have you applied for ss card? After that you can apply for driver license. If you're past the date on the i94, you will have to wait for the green card.

I sent ours off the same day as you and yes I sat there thinking, did I sign the check? Did I forget anything? Well, it has been received now so all we can do is wait. Good luck to you.

I insured my husband 10 days after we were married. He didn't have a social or green card. K1

I will answer a few. G325 is for the k1 holder. Your a number is on your noa2 which you need to send a copy with your paperwork. If your i94 is still good, you should have applied for a ss number and you can put it on your forms. The amount for filing is &1,079 for i485, i765 and i131

Wait 2 weeks then go to the ss office with passport, birth cert, i94. If you want her to get. License you need the ss card. Do these things before the I94 expires otherwise you will have to wait until after the green card
-
Use the A number from your noa2
-
You should be doing the i765 as well. The employment card and the i131 comes as a combo card. As long as you use that to re enter, it will not affect your green card and you are not out of the country longer than 6 mo

If you are using tax returns, you need a copy of everything. Tax transcripts are easier.
-
not in UK forum, but did you you send proof of relationship with the forms to the Dallas Lockbox? You will need tax transcripts or completed taxes from the last 3 yrs, police reports from any country lived in for 6 mo or more, medical, and an updated letter reaffirming intent to marry within 90 days. good luck on your journey

i sent in original signatures

Your brother would be sponsoring you and himself as well as anyone else in his household. Your husband would still have to fill out an I864.
-
The income for 3 is 25112, so yes you made enough. is all of your husbands income taxable?
-
You could put the extra info on a blank sheet of paper and put "see attached sheet" in the line
-
Go to www.uscis.org and see what the latest version of that form is.
-
If you are the petitioner, you don't need a birth certificate.

Been there with the Senator inquiry. You need to ask to speak to a Tier 2 officer and be nice. Explain that you are past the normal processing time and if they can see what is holding things up. good luck to you. You can go to my page and look at my About me.
