We are just two weeks away finally! My husband has been approved by the embassy in Poland for his interview. He will be interviewing there on Nov 21. If all goes well we will be home in January!

Finally got a response from my congressman stating that my file was on an agents desk and to expect a response by mail withing 30 days.... this is insane, more than 7 months out now at VSC.....

today i just recieve my employment authorization card and then i just confuse because of the bottom of my card it has a texs like serve as I -512 ADVANCE PAROL,, do you guys have thesame card like this when you recieve the employment authorization card..do you think that i can go travel outside of u,s a because of the texs of the bottom of my card it says advance parol...hope somebody help me..

I would like to know what form my fiancé will submit regarding affidavit of support and what form my grandfather will submit as co-sponsor affidavit of support for my fiancé visa application? Is it I-134 or I-864? Please help. Thanks.

hello everyone im new in this site, wish u could help me with my problem.. is it necessary to file DS-160 form online when applying for fiance visa or just the DS-156, DS-156K, DS-157 that needed to take during the interview? pls help me...
