You should apply for AOS right away and hubby should make time for the infopass appt. There is no telling how long you will have to stay out of the USA waiting on the I130.

Why don't you just request a tax transcript from the IRS?

She should have changed her name when she filed adjustment. You will have to pay full price to get a new card.

If it's just the two of you, you make enough income and do not need the bank statement. You will be ok with the rest.

If he does get approved, you will then need a co sponsor because you need to make more than 20k a yr to qualify. Once here, he will apply for the green card after marriage, that's over $1000. In 2 yrs you apply for 10 yr card, that's over $500. Rethink your situation. It's not impossible, you just have to work hard and plan better.

The officer at the infopass appt let us know that they had the wrong address. We called last week and the lady said they she would fix it. He said the problem is that the operators are contracted so a lot of times they dont follow through, all they care about is answering the phones. He fixed the address for us.

We went to info pass yesterday and asked the officer if we could get biometrics done same day, so he called and they agreed. Turns out hubby was scheduled for biometrics on May 14th, but we didn't get the notice.
