Yes for siblings its is 25-30 months for USCIS but overall it takes 10 years.

I did not find I-130 May 2022 May Filers for parents so i created one.
 
I submitted Application for my mom on 1st of May 2022. Got NOA1 on the same day.
Sent to Potomac SC.
 
Now i just wait.

This way i will have it but it wont clutter my filing cabinet.
Of-course i'll keep my Original Citizenship certificate.

Goodness I had to look at your timeline 7/11/2011 OMG. I can't imagine anyone before you. I would hope you get in December but there's a big old world out there in the queue also. But I hope you do.

i dont know about other places, but in Hyderabad all they need is your passport. As long as there is not change in your address which is mentioned in your passport you dont need anything. Thats what they told me. So i took my passport the filled out application , which i filled online. and the fee. I was in and out of PSK with a PCC in 2 hours. thats it !

and if USCIS refuses their application ? they lose all the money.

Thank god they are not outsourcing USCIS cust supp to India. lol
