Honestly I am pretty appalled at the level of blind support the OP has been given based on his rather shaky story.
First and foremost, marrying just a week after your fiance arrives in the US is not something to be concerned about. You are required to have full intentions to marry when the K-1 visa is issued. The 90 day period given is to allow people to plan and execute the wedding, NOT test drive your future spouse. To enter the US or to bring someone in on a K-1 visa without the express intent to marry them is immigration fraud.
Second, the OP admits to being emotionally unstable and volatile enough to snap at his new bride. The only fault here is that the young woman didn't fully know the man she was going to marry and was ill-prepared for the stress involved in moving overseas, getting married, and trying to make a life with someone that apparently expected a different woman. The OP blames everything and everyone but himself for his problems (his father dying, his wife, the people at the shelter). At no point does he admit that he was at fault for causing the initial conflict by snapping at her. He forced a confrontation about her lack of intimacy, not by being polite and reasonable about it at an appropriate time, but instead accuses her of deliberately angering him the same night a family member has died.
She has been living at a shelter for two months after first trying to live with his mother. If there was real fraud going on she'd have a more solid escape plan from the relationship (a boyfriend and/or local friends). Let's just ignore the fact that he blew her off by telling her to go ahead and leave his mother's house instead of trying to resolve the issue with counselling or speaking with her parish priest.
The workers at the shelter are likely the ones blocking contact as that is a core element of the support structure of those institutions. A major rule of almost all women's shelters is that they will lose the support of the shelter if they communicate with the spouse/boyfriend/abuser. It's likely she doesn't even have the same number she had when the OP last saw her.
It is clear that the OP was unprepared for the marriage given his admitted mental state and reaction to events. Divorce is the best option for everyone involved. If the wife wants to attempt to fix the marriage she can make contact after the papers are filed. As for the OP's final comment about still trusting Filipinas and wanting to marry another one, it should strike everyone as repugnant that the OP objectifies and classifies women of any particular ethnicity in such a manner. Women are women the whole world over, some good and some bad. Fixating on one specific country (especially one that is known for placing foreign boyfriends on a pedestal) is not just creepy but reprehensible behavior.

According to your timeline you are only a week or two away from EAD. Relax a little and consider that he is not supporting you, you are married. You are both supporting each other. Money isn't the only way to support. I earn nothing at all and I have a daughter with me. My husband has a big commute of 4 hours each day and not a huge amount of money coming in. But I earn money negatively. In other words I do what I can to save from spending and I take some of the burdens for maintaining the household from his shoulders, he has more free time. I make sure he comes home to a tidy, serene home with a lovely meal ready. I send him to work with a home made lunch, I do what I can to make his days easier. He thinks that is worth alot more than the few dollars I could earn. Just something to think on...money is not always worth as much as we think it is.

If your fiancé can not meet the income requirement, and if he can't meet the income+liquid assets requirement, and if the Embassy won't accept the joint sponsor, then your visa will not be denied. Instead, the consular officer will issue you an MNL-IV-22 (221g) which will allow you one year to provide the Embassy with proof that your fiancé's current sustained income is enough to meet the guidelines.
Since the U.S. Embassy Manila accepts joint sponsors for K-1-ers on a case-by-case basis, your safest bet is for your fiancé to get a job that pays enough for him to meet the income guidelines. If he doesn't do that, then I would strongly recommend that he attend your interview, and that you attempt to submit an I-134 and an I-864 (along with their supporting documents) from his joint sponsor.

If you file I-130 alone, she can still be deported. If you follow the CONCURRENT I-130/I-485 filing instructions, and file the forms together, then she cannot be deported.
It really sounds like you are considering heading down another incorrect/mistaken path, and I urge you to pause, think, and to not send in I-130s without new I-485s.

No, your wife can stay here and file for adjustment of status again. HOWEVER, you must now file a I-130 with it as well, to establish a marital relationship. The I-129F is void because you did not marry within the 90 days. But as long as they all entered with inspection (they did) you can file a CONCURRENT I-130/I-485 Adjustment of Status package for them all, and they can wait it out inside the US.
Here is the VJ guide: http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide2
You will also have to file this for each stepchild.

The 90 days are not a suggestion, but a rule. They tell you at the issuance of the visa as well as the POE what your obligations are. Unfortunately, you will likely have to start over due to this mistake.

Actually, Trayvon Martin was 5'11" and only 2" taller than Zimmerman, but weighed a good 30 - 40lbs less than him as well as being 11 years younger. So if there was any physical advantage, it went in Zimmerman's favor, the former bouncer and security guard who once attacked a police officer as well as an ex-gf in a fit of rage. If you're going to try and paint a particular stereotype of a young, black teenager, then at least be consistent and acknowledge that Zimmerman was no boy scout.

Fights happen every day across America. In every city and town. Even fist fights happen in Elementary school - a lot!
Are you suggesting that the person to draw their gun first can kill the other person in every fight that takes place?
You would think the narcotic taking, previous run-ins with the law, CCW holding, neighborhood watch captain would be held to a higher standard than to resort to murder so quickly.
Take in consideration he approached the innocent boy and had already spoken with the police and knew they were in route, just a few quick minutes away.
He had no reason to hunt him down - calling the police would have caused the innocent boy enough trouble that night.
To get out of his SUV and take it to another level was all poor decision making on the part of Zimmerman. Hopefully he will have a lifetime behind bars to reflect on those poor decisions.

Priorty Date; this is the date the NOA 2 was approved.
Make sure to print two copies of the interview confirmation page as you will need one for St. Luke's and the other for the embassy.

Required documents & "OTHER DOCUMENTS" they ask for at CFO: copies of; CENOMAR, certified birth certificate, bio page of passport, visa page from passport, pictures together, from USC - bio page of passport, birth certificate, divorce decree (if been married before) are the most common. The "other documents" clause can be ANYTHING with those nit-wits at CFO.

Yes. Go online and schedule your interview at the embassy, when completed print out two copies of the confirmation page and bring with to St. Luke's when you do the medical.
For sure DO NOT wait for a letter from the embassy regarding the package... it never arrives or it arrives months after everything is completed. My wife never got that letter from the embassy and she is here. She did get a confirmation letter for the interview appointment, and to our surprise it arrived before she went to St. Luke's, but she also printed out the confirmation page from scheduling online.
If you have your MNL # you are good to go to get things done, don't worry about the package being there for the interview, get everything rock n rolling!
After NOA2 AND YOU HAVE YOUR MNL # (don't need to wait for the letter from the embassy )
(open all of these links then save them to your bookmarks so you have them for easy access)

I agree - Go into the USCIS Field Office and explain the situation.
You're wasting time plugging away on the internet for a solution. Your best bet is to talk to someone in person for this.

You click continue. You are NOT filing anything. You are making an appointment. Did you not see my advice regarding just GOING? You are looking at a week or two possibly to get an INFOPASS booked. If this is an emergency just GO IN. Take her NOA1 from AOS, take the AP documents and evidence of hardship, and tell them you're there to apply for emergency AP due to a death in the family. You should be admitted.

A re-entry permit and Advanced Parole (AP) are two different things but you use the same form for both which is probably why you're confused. You need to know the terms because you PAY for a re-entry permit, AP is free and she needs AP NOT a re-entry permit.
You need to fill out form I-131 for the advanced parole and mail it with the NOA1 from AOS to waive the fee. Seeing this is an emergency though I would book an infopass (or just go in to your local given it's an emergency). She will need proof of the emergency like a copy of the death certificate, or hospital record etc. They may accept her AP application there and then. They have the ability to print AP there and then but I haven't heard many cases of them doing this, typically it's just mailed out. Biometrics aren't required for AP.
I suggest that on monday you go to your local office WITH the completed AP documents in case they need them. You'll get your answers specific to your situation then and there.

Two years ago you would have had to pay for the Air21 visa delivery fee at the Embassy after your interview.
Now, the 2GO visa delivery fee is included in your visa application fee that you already paid at BPI.
    Good luck with your interview!

After you clear customs at the Manila airport...you have to cross the street and then go down a ramp. Let your girlfriend negotiate the Taxi fare to Cavite or let them run the meter, either way it won't be too expensive. Once your in Cavite don't be scared to ride the Jeepney's for cheap transportation. Food is cheap..4 people can eat at Jollibee for the equivilant of 7USD or less. Have a good time, keep your head on a swivel until you get used the surroundings and try not to look lost. Try to use ATM's inside of the Bank, and break your money down when ever you can. Don't carry around all 500's. Make change where ever you can and get a bunch of 20's, 50's and 100 peso bills.
