Rufus2012 got a reaction from Brother Hesekiel in married before entering on K-1
"i mean how would USCIS know about it."
It's people like who you take this approach and have this mentality that makes this process a burden for everyone else wanting to play by the rules. Telling a lie to a government official in the course of them performing their duties is a crime; perhaps they don't know immediately, perhaps they never find out, but if they do, you're screwed. As you should be.

Rufus2012 reacted to pushbrk in Didn't meet in person
Lots of judging going on here and that's not what this forum is for. How to conduct a relationship and when to propose marriage are personal decisions. The OP's question has been answered. If you have nothing constructive to add, please keep your judgments to yourself. You might be surprised to know just how high a percentage of members here, decided to marry after weeks or only a few months of online communication. That's their business, not ours.

Rufus2012 got a reaction from Penny Lane in Fiance's son emptied his bank account
Ning - I don't think JimVaPhuong is being inconsistent - his answer about listing only income on the I-134 was specific to those who can qualify based on income alone. The response you are referring to is about someone who did not have enough income. It makes sense to me - the CO sees enough income, he ignores the rest. Not enough income, he starts looking at assets.

Rufus2012 got a reaction from Deputy Purple in filed for K1, wife just gave birth
Your "wife" or "fiance"? Be very careful with your language, because a K1 visa is specifically for a fiance. It's ok on this website of course, but practice for when you have to deal with the government.
