  1. Hi EdisonD,

It looks like we are really close on our timelines. We also received our AOS bill and DS-3032 today and we submitted the DS-3032 by email. I did not use a PDF, and we used the visajourney DS-3032 email template found through Jame's shortcuts.

Be sure and make sure you double, no triple check all of the data you email them and that all the numbers are correct before emailing. Place your NVC case number and the beneficiary name in the subject line. We almost sent the DS-3032 email with a "zero" missing from the case number in the subject line of the email and that might have been a disastrous huge delay!

Here's the email template we used (to be emailed by your foreign spouse):

    suerte!

Thank You Very Much, I just sent the email....

  2. That was fast.... Sent Email and less then an hour I get this :

    Dear Sir/Madam:

The NVC recently received this petition. The appropriate agent

(applicant, petitioner, or attorney) will receive instructions for the

further processing of this petition within 6 to 8 weeks.

    Sincerely,

  3. I think that a pdf is a standard way to go. Usually, scanned documents are pdf's. If you have an image (like you might have taken with your cell phone) you can turn it into a pdf by "print to pdf" option when you print something.

    The email:

Must write the uscis receipt number in the subject

    Must include the NOA2

    body of mine:

    To whom it may concern,

This is a request to locate the I-130 approved petition which was processed at the USCIS California Service Center and forwarded to the National Visa Center. A scan of the I-797, Notice Of Action is included here as an attachment.

    For your reference:

    Petitioner's Name:

    Petitioner's Date of Birth:

    Beneficiary's Name:

    Beneficiary's Date of Birth:

    Sincerely,

Thanks, Im resending it right now

  5. I Petitioned my 4 year old son and my I-130 was approved on 6/27/2011 but I havent recived my NOA2 by mail because for some reason it was returned to USCIS(On July 7, 2011, the post office returned your document I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN as undeliverable.) , I called and had it resent to me on 7/7/2011. But when I call the NVC it says they have no record of my case. What should I Do? Should I wait to get the NOA2 by mail or should I try to speak to Someone at the NVC ?

Update: Just Recived my NOA2. But should I call to the NVC ?
