    Altough she's not here yet, now that we have her interview date, quick summary for K1 process: Don't do it! Most ppl, like us, will have to wait about year. Might as well apply for CR1 visa for direct greencard. You'll save money. As for future lovers contemplating marrying a foreign bride/groom, really think about it. A year of separation is really difficult, especially for a blossoming relationship. Of course, if you can endure it, your marriage will be that much stronger...

    Wow, these last 3 months have not been easy, since my time in IST during holidays. I spent a week in IST w/ her in early march. That was awesome.
