@ Kat&Jon I went the courhouse today to find out why my divorce decree was only one page long. They gave me a certified copy of the same divorce paper and said its only one page long because there was no property or children to divide custody. An open and sut case of unreconcilable differences.

Thanks Ebunoluwa we were advised by the Lagos support of travel docs to fill out another one even though our petition has expired and because of the mistake we made they will extend the expiration date. But we had to pay the visa fee again.

Change the interview date to a time that's more convenient for him. But he has month notice to give his firm. He really going to let something so important slip away for one day of work. He can even switch that court date with a colleague. There are lots of options for something so importantt, unless it's not that important to him.

During his 10 year stay. Didn't he have to have 10 year visa? If he has travel back and forth before then there is something you are forgetting to tell us. Or something happened and he didn't tell you. Maybe stayed pass his 10 year visa out os status.
