In much the same way it would be considered baiting if I preached in a thread called 'Evolution-ism'. I wouldn't do that because I respect the free will of everyone on here.

I sincerely agree, I know it's so easy for couples that have been apart for so so long to only think about 'the day we're together', it's very very easy to blank out everything past that point of permanent reunion, but realistically AOS comes in a heartbeat and at close to $1100, it's something people should think about before POE. I was fortunate enough to have the finances to file for AOS immediately.

Actually while she has entered legally, she is now here illegally because she is out of status.
Marriage to a USC does not protect your status. If she runs into ICE she can be detained. She is unlikely to get deported as the spouse of a USC she is afforded the chance to AOS, but in the meantime she CAN be locked in immigration jail waiting to see an immigration judge who will order the OP and his wife to AOS her asap, or if they don't/can't file, she will need to leave.
So while threat of deportation is low, threat of harassment still exists, especially in a border town.

If It's blank, include the blank page. Make sure you write a note on the top of each photocopy, ie
'Naturalization Certificate - Front Page'
'Naturalization Certificate - Back Page'
Examine the back thoroughly, sometimes they're blank but might have some sort of watermark or 'embossing'.

I'm a strong Christian, Jesus Christ is my personal savior and King!
I know He's helped me through my K-1 and AOS process, and blessed me richly with an amazing new life here in Montana, not to mention a beautiful wife!
I also know throughout the process you may need a prayer or two, so if you're in that situation, ask here and I will gladly say a prayer or two for you.
Don't forget to tell me your names and where you're from, and also what you want a prayer for (It doesn't have to be about your VISA either).

enough with the bickering. this thread has been reviewed by the lead mod and other global mods. that should indicate it will stay in place.
several off the wall posts removed as they were intended for humor/hijacking or were off topic.
either stay on topic - and that does not mean offering off the wall prayers - or don't post.

Gosh that's so sad. Thank you for sharing that story, I'll be praying for a speedy recovery for her and those effected.
