I think we need to add something to the timeline
I think we need a place that says NVC received case THEN
NVC case number recieved.
For the last 2 months it has taken NVC anywhere from 18 days till 66 days to assign the number.
So I think it is misleading when I see the timeline that NVC received case and I did nothing for 1 month... but really I just got the case number and it took NVC awhile to give it to me. So, I got my number at 18 days after NVC recieved it and 19 days after case complete.
And when someone had to wait 6 weeks to get their case number it is very misleading.

If you read on dos website it says if you request a foia then it will stop any process you are going through and it may take 18 months to finish the foia. So, this wait is your own fault. Being an american is a priveledge, not a right. You should stop acting like usa owes you something

I just want to say that Egypt CO's all say yo will get your visa in 1-2 weeks..... and about 66% of males go thru AP there!! (that is my own personal VJ %)

They were honest with my husband and said check back in 14 weeks.

Agree. Relationships require work and time. You hardly given it any time to make things work. The guy just left his entire life for you. Give him some credit.
To all the people who just want to ship him back: Even if he decides to go back home he is still allowed to go visit his brother and then leave. I would assume flights to and from Morocco are expensive so why not visit a brother while he is already here and then go home. Call me naïve, but that's how I see it.

Do you understand the embassy is obligated to answer a congressional inquiry within so many days. But, the embassy is not required to answer the petitioner. Also, do you understand that the embassy likes to be friendly with congressmen because when the embassy needs money or grants the congressman has the ability to vote to grant the embassy financial support. Do you have your congressman involved? Are you registered to vote?

do not add all your pain and sorrow. Everyone in AP suffers. They do not care. They do not care if you want to die. They just want to know you are a registered voter and may vote for them in the future. They already know this if you have been a voter in the past.

you forgot to write in the form the previous filing OR
yur new girl had someone apply for her before and she forgot to tell you so you can put in the correct answer in the I-129
Find out what exactly the misrep is
ask your new girl if she has ever had a petition filed for her
then fire the lawyer

Can everyone please fill in your timelines
Timelines are the way we get the information on how long each step in this proce ss takes.
If no one filled in their timeline then we would never know how long we need to be patient to get an interview or packet 3 or NOA2.
I feel that timeline information is such a greatly appreciated few minutes of your time to help others
Look at at the people with questions of how long do I have to wait for an interview????
As long as we get timelines then we can answer based on everyone before us that was kind enough to give timeline info
If we have no timelines then everyone starts to freak out and think they will get an interview quick or NOA2 quick because they have no data to base the timelines on
Please be kind to all people and fill out the timelines to help others

You forgot to notify the embassy that you married after you got your visa
You entered the USA as a single man but you were married.
So, you are trying to hide your fraud and one lie builds on another and another
So first you lied to POE when you came into USA as single
Then you lied twice on taxes saying you were single
Now you want to bring your wife over after being married over 2 years and lying 3 times to US government
