if you have passed Child bearing Age

Let the house know these.

Meanwhile you try to contact your congressman or Senator (It has worked well for some)

Call the Nigerian embassy to ask why (Try to Speak to a Superior Consular)(Worked for Some)

Dont Lose Faith- It has worked for some

It's common if you are an older woman petitioning a much younger man from a nation with high immigration fraud. Even if you got married and refiled, you still have an uphill battle.

Since the Age seems quite Large. Did you try to contact the embassy.Its different if the Petitioner is Male and Beneficiary is Female.

This isnt to say there wont be an approval at the consulate.

Provide enough evidence that shows ongoing relationship

Cancel out your K1 Petition if you intend to go through Spouse Visa

Hopefully, it wldnt be an issue, if the error is btw days and months and not a large difference in year.

But then, ensure error is corrected b4 it gets down to lagos embassy.

Birth Certificate in Lagos was N2500 (Week Interval)

Police Clearance was N3000 (Same Day)

Pay Not more than N3000.Its obtainable same day.To get there, Go with your international Passport, Passport Photographs (4).

To Get to Police Headquarters, Lagos

From Obalende, tell any bike man you are going to Police Headquarters, Lagos

You will get the clearance within hours

Talking about Moving to Malaysia to study,what stopped your man from studying in Nigeria or was he just in need to leave Nigeria.

Beneficiaries Financial Status does not Matter in Immigrating to the USA.

Do you think his staying or studying in Malaysia would pave route to moving down to the USA

Note that,wherever you might be DENIED USA Visa,the record is available worldwide,so you cant conceive information

This was one reason, i didnt play the DV Lottery for 2011,since an intending immigrant becomes illegible for dv lottery

Many Nigerian couples marry but because it is rumored that K1's are either faster/easier they try to do a K1. If the consulate sees emails where they call each other husband and wife they get denied. Ghana tends to be a lot like Nigeria in consulate mindset. A big red flag.

What is the minimum amount of money one is required to come with to the US

Anything above 10k should be declared at the airport.This i know

hw do you intend on resolving the issue with you and your fiancee having the same last name? was there anything else that was cause of denial? did you offer or plan to provide docs like dna/blood/birth certificate/school history/address history samples/your parents to children(you guys) dna sample? as pple mentioned, this is lagos consulate, they can still look at it in different ways. for example, the CO might now think you were previously married before and then you took a oath and lied that you were engaged. OR, this is another way to bring a family memeber over. You want a crazy idea: maybe marry in Nigeria, live there for months, have a baby together with your spouse, and then provide baby dna to prove. again, crazy idea, but i think thats the extreme length, and even then, it doesn't guarantee the CO will agree and give visa. because again, its Nigeria and unfortunately we would fraud any way possible to visa. really think it through.. sometimes its not the money invested, but the time and energy. all da best.

I don't know why no one has mentioned this yet, and forgive me because I am not extremely educated on immigration, but when I usually read topics like this people always say, "do EVERYTHING in your power to keep the case at the embassy. Don't let it get sent back to USCIS". I'm not 100% sure why, but I'm guessing that once its sent back you have to start all over. Keep the case in Nigeria and go back and talk to someone. Plead to them that it is real. DON'T LET IT GET SENT BACK. This needs to happen ASAP as they could be sending it back very soon.

Please, someone tell her if I'm wrong. If I am right, please elaborate so she understands what has to happen.

It could be a LIE or the truth.The embassy tells you the Petition has being returned when you contact them

I had my interview on Thursday

Embassy said my case has gone back to the states..would u say its a lie when my fiancee was physical at the embassy for this enquiry

My interview which was rescheduled because of Nation Wide Strike in Nigeria back in January Got Denied

I had EVERYTHING (Documents) and Full Knowledge of my fiancee and well equipped for the interview

Spouse/Fiancee are not allowed at Lagos Consulate (thats another pain except for enquiries)

My fiancee flight was couple of hours after my interview

I wasn't Approved and the reason given was for Immigration Purpose .

Our plan was that i fly with her home.

Its so devastating but she is presently with me in Lagos and goes home soon.

Its being energy consuming and stressing for her.

I love you and it definitely doesnt matter how long they keep us apart.

I already register M̶̲̥̅♈ baby for CRBA i̶̲̥̅̊n̶̲̥̅̊ Nigeria.his father can't be present at this time because of his job i̶̲̥̅̊n̶̲̥̅̊ d states.meanwhile M̶̲̥̅♈ baby was born out of wedlock so we were ask to for aa DNA testing.presently the result has be sent to the embassy over three weeks ago and uptil now,have not heard from them.no email or phone call.I even called them but no good response than "we will get back to Ʊ ".pls any one who has gone through this process?after they receive the result,what next?

Did the Embassy ask you to do a DNA or you did yourself?

London embassy can only process his case if he is residing in the UK legally at the time of the interview. They will ask for proof of his legal status. So if his work permit is not renewed, he'll have to go back and interview in Nigeria.
