We just received our interview date for the Lagos Embassy. Its December 19, 2012. Has anyone had success, in Lagos, changing their interview time to get an earlier date? I would LOVE to have my husband definitely here in time for Christmas with my family!

You do not Need the Long Birth Certificate

Especially if the birth is in 90s upward.

If she has the Birth Certificate that was issued at the Hospital

That should do it .

It Just must be from National Population Commission of Nigeria
