Like i said, i didnt realise interview/oath was same day till i had mine on a saturday.

I hope yours will be similar ,i know it brings great relief.

if you can get there hours before your interview,you will be interviewed.

I will have my interview in Jacksonville FL as well on august 4th. Did you know before you went into the interview that you will be eligible for the same day oath ceremony? Wow that was awesome. The whole Naturalization process was 4 Months. Did my interview/Oath Ceremony same day at Jacksonville Florida.I had researched to see if it was same day but didnt get much info.My interview was on a saturday at 10:00 am.

I arrived 30 minutes early as stated in the letter.Lord,there were lots of people and i was No 66.took an hour to be called in.

N400 Form was reviewed and i started with the wriiten test.

Where do the congress meet ?she asked me to write congress meets at a Washington

Here comes the Civic and history test

1.Who wrote the constitution.

2.How many political parties,

3.Political Party of the president

4.Who is in charge of the military

5.One state close to Mexico ... New Mexico

6.Last day to file Tax.

Then she handed the congratulatory letter to me and said you should be having your oath today,please wait let me confirm.

I was super excited that,the whole Journey was ending that day..

I resent another copy on 02/03/2016 and got approved on 02/12/2016

Thank you @ apple21.... Now I understand better. Someone told me that she would NOT be a US citizen because I was not a citizen by the time she was born. Remember she would be 8 or 9months old by the time I will become a naturalized citizen.

According to what i know, The child of a citizen automatically is a citizen as far as you notify the embassy with back up documents.

Since ur child was born while you were LPR, then the child becomes LPR ,first upon entrance before becoming a citizen.

yes I know but I got some kind of notice after the denial that other people haven't gotten (some have, some haven't) that suggested our case might be in review. Dvlottery gives u GREENCARD more quickly and your documentation is shortened

Can he get someone the to write a letter stating that the college knows there is an error on the form and that the correction will take X money and Y time. Even if that causes them to ask him to return with it corrected it may prevent a denial. IF it is impossible try to get someone there to document that it is impossible to make changes to the form after so many years. I suspect they are looking for more "tipping" to get things straight. When work does your friend do ? maybe he doesn't need it as the qualification if he has enough time in a O listed profession.

No matter the work and qualification one does and has, WAEC is essential and its verified at the embassy

He would be needing to go with the original waec certificate,scratch card for verification.

Medical is done same day and result given days or at most a week after.

Police clearance is valid for 3months

Medicals is valid for 6months

It can only serve u good if u both are coming back, after her visa is issued which is usually a week after interview.

Lagos doesnt allow Petitioner in, but knowing you are around can serve Good.
