I wouldn't use plastic sleeves, someone is just going to have to remove each sheet so they can file them. Binder clips are good.
You don't have to include two separate checks but it's your choice.
How about copies of your drivers licenses showing the same address? Other evidence showing co-domicile?
You will need more than one credit card and checking account statement, they should incorporate a range of dates from the time you got married.
Itinerary is good but do you also have boarding passes/passport stamps?
Do you have a joint car title or insurance?

Lainie B reacted to Unidentified in Do you carry NOA and expired CG with you everywhere?
Yes it is so weird. When you get the card you get a little slip saying to store your Green Card in it in a safe place. For me a safe place would be where I keep my passport, hidden. Not in my wallet where I can lose it. But apparently it's the law. So why if we're supposed to carry it with us, are they giving us a slip to put it in and urge us to keep it safe? For me a wallet is not safe.

Adjustment of Status is not done with IR-1/CR-1, regardless of the length of the marriage at POE. ROC (Removal of Conditions) is unnecessary with an IR-2/10-year GC after POE. ROC is $590.

Lainie B got a reaction from elmcitymaven in British marrying American on tourist visa. Help needed!!!
You could stay in the US, marry now and adjust status, OR leave the US and go through the K-1 visa process, OR leave, marry on the VWP and then leave again and apply for a CR-1. But you cannot enter on the VWP with the intent of marrying and adjusting status.
Is there any particular reason you need to leave the US in 2 months' time?

WOW Dude! Why are you so negative toward Filipinos? Ever been to the Philippines? Don't give me that line that "I don't have to go to know" because your just full of it. I am married to a Filipino and she is so much fun to be with. She is smart and a very hard worker not to mention a Great Parent to her kids and now a Grand Son.
Trust me, you can find bad apples in every country including Great Britain!

Being denied ESTA is not a denial of a US Visa or entry to the US or having a visa cancelled. The answer with an ESTA denial would be "No" to the last question.

    How long is your overstay?

ALWAYS use the forms obtained directly from uscis.gov. These are the most up-to-date forms. The forms on visajourney can be older versions that have expired and will be rejected by USCIS, so if yours look different, don't worry.

Lainie B got a reaction from Ksenia_O in Question about AOS / K1
When you file for AOS after entering on a K-1 you only need the marriage certificate, provided you are applying soon after the wedding. No other proof of marriage evidence is needed for the AOS. You don't need to include photos of the marriage. A name change is optional, and it is also unnecessary to include evidence you have changed your name.
As noted above, you should start thinking about gathering evidence for the ROC.

Lainie B got a reaction from TBoneTX in Changing Address before Fiance Arrives in USA
It's true there are penalties for not notifying USCIS of the beneficiary's change of address (not sure about jail time), but I've never heard of this actually being implemented. Many people forget to submit their address change forms.
There are two forms - one is the I-865 is for the petitioner who has an active I-864 to notify USCIS of an address change within 30 days of moving. This has to be mailed in. The other is the AR-11 for the non-US citizen to update USCIS within 10 days of an address change. This one can be done by mail or online here: https://www.uscis.gov/addresschange
In your case, there is no need for either, since there is no I-864 submitted yet, and your fiance has not immigrated to the US yet. So relax! Once your fiance moves to the US and you get married, file the AOS package with your new address. After that, then both you and your fiance will need to file the AR-11 and I-865 for any future address changes. But for your most recent one, no need.
