I am the USC and my fiance is here now visiting me from Italy. He has been here a couple of months and leaves in a few days. He had no problems at all entering the country, no one asked to see any proof either. He just said he was coming to visit me and was staying until mid august and they let him through. He did bring a copy of our NOA1 and a copy of our whole 129f package, but didn't have to show them. I was nervous about them turning him away, but we had no trouble. Just be honest when answering their questions and bring some proof that you will return back to your home country.

I've read in a few places that the people who use visajourney, are only a fraction of the amount of people currently in the visa process, so, perhaps there have been many approvals the past few days, they just don't use visajourney...
