Ed&Midori1031 got a reaction from OldUser in N400 Questions
Hi Everyone!  In case anyone is wondering, my wife completed her citizenship interview and passed!  She was also able to do her oath ceremony that same day, just a couple of hours after the interview.  As much as we wanted some friends and family around to see it, we figured we should just get it done and over with.  The officer explained to us that her son does, in fact, have citizenship now.  Soon, we will apply for their U.S. passports.  Eventually I will apply for my stepsons naturalization certificate, but due to the cost of it, we decide to just get the passports first and then get the certificate later.  Thank you all for your help!

FINALLY!! While being away for the holidays, wife sent me a picture of the approval notice!  No interview needed, and the green card is currently in route with the post office!  18 months waiting, and finally over!

Of course with covid, the process has slowed down even more.  You are within the normal time range though.  Hopefully you get your NOA2 soon.

Ed&Midori1031 got a reaction from Aelius in Still no NOA1 after 26 days so far. Is this concerning?
With this time of covid things have taken longer than normal.  Some couples differ, some get it sooner, some much later.  Maybe after about 4- 6 weeks contact USCIS.

I too recommend paying with a check or money order.

When we submitted our ROC package, we separated all paperwork with the plastic sheet sleeves and organize them in a binder.
