Ah, so you're married, making you ineligible for a K-1 visa, but still find it to be the C.O's problem. The entitlement here is strong.

I used to work in adjudicating family petitions, and this would raise a red flag in my mind. But of course depends on who's looking at your case.

It's not just an expedite for pregnancy. It's also for financial hardship. We don't have enough money to pay for doctor visits let alone a birth here. If a medical emergency occurs we have no way to cover it. If we were in the states family would be able to assist us.
And your family can't just wire some money to you?

I used to work in immigration.
You have a lack of evidence. It's not about FB.

You're not thinking clearly. By your last post, it looks like she had a few "plan B" relationships to get to the US if "plan A". And you want to help her why?

Have you met in person?

Obvious solution would be a nanny for the short term.

Of all the possible complaints on the immigration process, I can't think of something more unreasonable and unrealistic than requesting getting rid of medical and police checks. Imagine that flying through this Congress...

Think your red flag is the age difference. You have good evidence though. I'd gather up *any* other evidence at this point.

My Russian husband is a software engineer and gets an entire month off.

Please don't send so much evidence.

You need an amazing lawyer.

Oh no.... I would make an infopass document, take the RFE, and state you did NOT send a request to withdraw. I'm so sorry this has happened to you.

Either scan some pictures on to a sheet of paper or print some photos and place them in a small plastic bag. USCIS manually carries your file around so an entire wedding album is too much.

Not that I recall.

...
AmyWrites,
I imagine it must have been... Did they just ask you questions about the first marriage? Or did they want to see physical evidence, like photos, bank statements for joint accounts, and joint leases? If questions, what did they ask? If documents, what did they request?
We didn't actually get past the petition stage for the K-1 visa, so there was no physical evidence to provide. But a good half of the questions were about that relationship and about how I could fall in love with someone else so quickly.
-
I went through a similar situation but my first filing was for a fiance visa. We had Stokes interview. Ended up getting the CR1, but the interview was an incredibly awful experience.
-
This also depends on if you booked it directly through United or through a third party site.
-
I'm sorry this has happened.
He should really emphasize to the CO that he wants to do things right and stay with you via the K1.

I was just an immigration officer, but no reputable CBP I know would be okay with your plan.
