So is it possible that the Husband's right to citizenship could be at risk? I am hoping that isn't the case, your private life is your business I am not here to judge, but I am seriously interested in whether or not his or anyone's citizenship could be revoked due to circumstances like this.

I am confused as to why he got citizenship under the three year rule then.

A baby doesn't make a marriage bonifide. A baby simply means that you know how to have sex. I as well would expect a second interview.

Interesting....his marriage to first wife was bonafide, yet you became pregnant by him during that time so that makes your now marriage to him bonafided too. DId you become pregnant while here on your visitor's visa and then stay to have the baby or were you already pregnant when you arrived? (I believe you stated you had the baby in the US) You had the baby in 2012 and he got citizenship in 2014 under the 3 year rule.
So he was married in 2011, you gave birth in 2012, and in 2014 he got citizenship, divorced, and remarried. Within in 6 months of obtaining citizenship he divorced and married you immediately thereafter. Do you see the timeline there?
Sounds very fishy...very. Yes be prepared to be further scrutinized.

Dear, please do not allow others to words to move your emotions. Most of them have their own problems and are suffering themselves. Just turn the other cheek and take the words from those that help. Don't even use energy to respond to that foolishness! Do what you can, for what you want, for faith without works, is dead! Gather what you can, and start your journey. People in the states marry, separate, date, divorce, and remarry all the time. All of a sudden because your relationships include foreigners.....you're the crazy one! HAAA! Some people are so insensitive to what others needs, that they crowd the situation with their own thoughts. Just answer the womans question and pray for her to have a speedy recooperation from this, if that is what SHE decides!
This is a bit of info that may help:
As many other have said, write in to USCIS to cancel the AOS. U.S.C.I.S. clarified in regulations in June 2006 that the support obligation does not arise until the beneficiary adjusts status to permanent residence. Prior to that time, the I-864 can be withdrawn.

TSC is horrible and slow right now, but don't freak out just yet--petitions aren't actually sorted by the geographic area where you live (I live in Georgia, mine went to California). They seem to go to the service center that (supposedly) has the capacity to process them at that time. You should receive your NOA1 soon to tell you where it went. And even then, you can't really determine how long it will take. When I filed, CSC was going slooooooowly...but mine ended up going through super-fast!

That is what we thought to but he has to go to kingston to get it and it is 1000. for 3 weeks or 2500. for 3 days return. Where does ur fiancee live? The lines are usually long so he might want to go early.
