US Immigration from New Zealand

Hi all, does anyone know what the deal is for booking your interview for Auckland? They specifically told me in their instructions DO NOT PAY FEE ONLINE but when I'm going through all the hoops to try and book the interview it won't let me progress now unless I pay the fee online. Also because I don't live in Auckland I had to select delivery to receive my passport back, so it directed me to the courier payment page which asked for my federal UID number. No idea what that even is! So I skipped that step entirely. I'm so confused!! - should I pay the visa fee online and ignore their instructions?? Any help from anyone who encountered this would be so appreciated right now.

Hi all, I received an email from Auckland Consulate with the link to book my K1 interview. So I set up my sign-in profile and everything looked good and I log in. But the first page is making no sense - it has saved my full name as my surname so my first name field is blank and when I try to correct this it won't let me do anything and I'm stuck there with no way to fix it and progress. I've emailed them for help but no reply yet. I thought about setting up another profile and trying all over again but I'm scared I'll get locked out. Has this happened to anyone else??

I'm in the process of completing my AOS package and I have a question about the I-864 that my husband is filling out. As for the supporting documents, would including the following be sufficient? :

• 1040
• W2's
• 1099
• Employment offer letter
• Payslips from previous 3 months

Is the 1099 required? I wanna be sure we don't eventually get an RFE for forgetting something!

Also is it required to fill out both of our savings amounts (part 7) or is that unimportant in the grand scheme of things?

Hi everyone! My apologies if this has already been asked/answered or if it sounds dumb.

I came here on a K1 and am about to adjust my status. I'm also looking into how to get a bank account and/or driver's licence shortly. However, I see that for both of these things they require proof of address. I'm a bit stuck with this because, typically proof of address is a bank statement, government-issued mail or some kinda bill - I don't have any of these. I have an SSN - not sure if I can use some part of that for it. Any ideas on what I can do? If I get put on my husband's lease can I then use something from that as a proof of address?

This is probs a dumb question but I've seen some conflicting information!

I've read in a few places that all K1 AOS packages should be sent to the Chicago lockbox. Idk if that just used to be this case but this page says that for me (living in Colorado), I should send mine to the Phoenix lockbox.

Is this the case? Or do the K1 AOS's count as something slightly different? Let me know!
