I get that you're worried, waiting for the I-130 petition to be approved so that you can move on to the NVC stage. You want to be with your husband, the love of your life. We're all going through this and it's painful. The waiting really sucks, and you start to wonder why it's taking so long.... Hang in there, you'll be approved soon. TSC is taking at least 7-8 months. Be grateful that you didn't get assigned to Nebraska! Those people have been waiting almost a year for just the petition adjudication. If your relationship is bona fide, your documents are all good, and there are no problems related to inadmissibility, your petition will be approved. It's hard not to worry but try to focus on the next stage and get all the documents ready to upload as it goes so much faster after the petition is approved. If you have any red flags like a big age gap then side-load additional evidence of your bona fide relationship like financial co-mingling and visits since filing the petition at the NVC stage. It only took us 4 months from the petition approval to receiving the CR-1 visa, so before you know it, you'll be together. Good luck!

I am in an age gap relationships 30years apart. He has visited twice, the second time we married.

We are about to fill the 1-130 petation will the two visit be enough evidence.

Any more evidence you would suggest?

It's been 2 months since I got NOA2 but I'm still waiting my case number, I called NVC and told to send NOA2 to NVCresearch and I got an email from them telling me that I don't have to do anything they are going to contact USCIS. Anybody knows when I can expect a response from them? are they going to give me a case number? what Can I expect?

I-94 expiring

I have been trying to apply for a Kansas driving permit. The law states that I can have one on a K1 Visa while waiting for AOS. However, the officer at the DMV says they can't issue one for me because my I-94 as well as the stamp on my passport expires on 26th June, three months after my entry date. We submitted a copy of our marriage certificate to show that we were married within the three months. She suggested that we have my I94 extended. No idea how to do that and we are very frustrated. Any pointers on this?

Package returned

I am filing for AOS for K1 Visa. Our package got returned yesterday because the credit card was declined. We called the Visa company and they said it was declined for security reasons because it was such a large amount (almost 5k$ for four people). They never called to inform us and my husband was understandably ticked off. We want to resend the package today as their was no other problem cited
My question is, can I send back the same package or do I need to make a new one (pages and pages for AOS, EAD and AP). I noticed that there are some grey numbers that have been superimposed at the bottom of all the pages. Anyone with such an experience before?

Hello friends and readers,I am in a weird situation and am wondering if someone has ever been in a similar situation and how it ended,we went for an interview with my husband on 22nd of March 2019 at the Yakima office,we didn't have a lot of evidence as we had been only married for 6 months the interview seemed normal, they sent RFE and we received it on 25th asking for more evidence of affidavits and the stuff and we had a deadline to send them back by 24th of April, we sent the evidence and they received it on 12th April as per the tracking, since then;the status has been stuck on request for additional evidence has been sent on I-130 ,I dont know if they took action, and they never sent us a mail, how long do you think someone should wait before getting more worried,?just wondering.

Thank you all
