I met Cibele Jan 6, 2009, while she was visiting her daughters in the U.S. for the holidays. It was love at first sight for both of us. I have flown to Belo Horizonte about once a month for most of year 2009. We were fortunate! Unfortunately, I was being dragged through a prolonged and nasty divorce by a truly mean woman, and it wasn't final until Sept 28. I sent the I-129 app express mail on Oct 1, it was received on Oct 2, and we got the NOA1 dated Oct 5.
