    Hello, Does anyone here have any experience with Age Out Expedite Requests for K1? Due to the backlog, my soon to be step child will turn 21 before all is said and done. It will be close, I think, but a small kink and she is no longer eligible for benefits. What I've found online is pretty vague. When exactly in this process do you request it, is it with the NVC? Your responses are kindly appreciated in advance.
