  1. Hey y’all ! We apparently were approved on Thursday 1/26. There seems to be a lag with the app. I encourage everyone to check the USCIS website directly. We had a 11/22/21 NOA1 date no expedite. So we were approved almost exactly at the 15 month mark even with the holidays thrown in. Thanks to everyone who took the time to do the scans for this month and previous months. As a long time lurker those numbers kept us hopeful. Good Luck to everyone in the waiting stage and those on to the next steps. 🤞🏾
  2. Hey Nuba I hope you had a wonderful holiday. I guess our best hope now is a new year's, and maybe a valentine's treat. Hope you and your partner are keeping spirits high. Here's to hoping.
  3. Yeah! Totally agree. I am hoping for a late october, early november... and last resort december. I am really hoping for what happened last month to be the norm where they randomly started working on june cases mid-may. If that becomes more the norm... than Halloween is hopeful! Honestly, I am just dying for them to finally be done with March and April... cause that had dragged on a bit. Here's to a wishful rest of our summer! 🤞🏾🥂
  4. Nuba! Right here with ya. My hope is that we either get notices by Christmas.... or they do what they did last month which was starting to work on June cases. I am hoping for October more than December !🤞🏾
  5. I know right that is the only thing that keeps me encouraged knowing that after we get NOA2 .... it should get better! phew 😰
  6. Congrats! Fellow SA K1 journey here (November filer to be exact 😓). This gives us so much hope. I hope you guys keep posting updates about your journey so I know what to expect. Best wishes to you both and Good Luck! @Xiaova Thank you so much for your commitment to daily scans and updates. These numbers truly keep me hopeful and even a little excited to see the progress being made. I hope you get your approval soon !
  7. I have a similar question.... I tried researching this information online and via VJ to no avail. I am the petitioner for my fiance and will be completing the AOS by myself. I make more than enough to meet the poverty guidelines for what would be a household size of 2 (him and I, non-military). I was recently asked to be a joint sponsor for another family member's AOS because their sponsor does not make enough. I initially declined given that I have to sponsor my partner. However, now I feel bad. Does anyone know if there is a problem or red flag with sponsoring a future spouse and being a joint sponsor?
  8. Hi ! Thanks for the feedback. That is my exact concern is the addition of children. And it is for signing the 1864 for my aunt because her son (my cousin) does not make enough... which he only seemed to realize now?

  10. Yes, I am aware. Some people are getting their NOA2 at the 12-13 month range. My hopes is that once the recent federal funds given to USCIS to improve processing times that go into effect next month will get us closer to the 10-13 month range or less.
  11. 🙋🏾‍♀️ Hi everyone! Fellow November filer here! According to the current 10-13 month processing time... we are at the half way point. Wishing everyone good vibes going into the second half of the waiting period. Let's hope for more speed in the months to come🤞🏾
