  1. It came with an email to the petitioner, half way through the work day.
  2. 6th September Noa2 as well, I have some hope for tomorrow although I see people in August group that are still waiting.
  3. Fellow sufferers, any thoughts about incoming shipping date on next Tuesday, is there a ground for hope we can get our numbers in this round? July NOAs are apparently mostly done, August yes and no, us September ones are on the edge of our nerves.
  4. Hoping the same, but at this point I don't know what to think, seems that whoever asked NVC got the same response, that it was received. I'd like to be proved wrong. I've got confirmation at the 37th day after NOA2. Another thing is that "nvcresearch" mail is not actually NVC contact but a private contractor for DOS which handles various things, correspondence among them. Not sure how much they are to be trusted. Still, hope is there. *Ok, that's something more reliable then.
  5. How did you complete your DS when it asks for case number that is yet to be provided by NVC?
  6. Sharing some news - yesterday, via NVC research mail I got confirmation that NVC received our case. Our NOA2 date is 6th September. So that's some 37 days from approval.
  7. We got our I-797 form yesterday, 3 days after our approval on the 6th. What is interesting is that it is dated on 1st september (notice date). Seems that we were approved on the first, but it went into the system on the sixth of September.
  8. Noa1 9th July Noa2 6th September If I could I would share this good feeling with all the couples still waiting, to encourage you and keep you strong till your day comes. Nobody outside this process can really understand what we are going through and how it feels. Special thanks to all the people doing daily updates. I've been actively (midly put) reading and following since January, one long journey I'm happy to finish. Good luck guys!
  9. They are far from reducing the backlog... For that thay need to close more than 800 cases a week. And in those 150s there are many rfes which just add to backlog.
  10. There's also a July group, they have started with few approvals per day and people who track approvals post them in the group.
