    Hello ..i just received my k1 visa and under the annotation the petition No starts with WAS instead of WAC the rest of the numbers are correct my flight is in 2 days and the embassy isn’t responding , do you think i should take NVC letter with me or a copy of the Noa 2 to the POE to show them ?

    I am using my fiancée tax return transcript tho she's employed not self employed if that matter , as in for total income its 38k and way down the line AGI is 12.5k So i still should use the total income ?

    My fiancée total income for 2022 as per the tax transcript is 38k $ under the line: total wages 38k form w2 wages : 38k but when looking at AGI per computer it goes down all the way to 12.5k ? which is below the requirment ? is that what uscis or the embassy looks for ? i am confused on the big gap between total income and wages 38k and AGI 12.5K

    hello , is it possible to put my expired passport number on the ds 160 just so i can schedule an interview and later on the interview date i'll take the new passport with me and an new ds 160 confimation page that has the updated passport number ? my new passport isn't ready for pick up and my case is ready on the caec

    Am arabic and my petioner had to write my name in native arabic , what i did was write it in arabic and sent her a picture of it she copied it to her best and we were approved no problem

    NVC documents ? Most applicants get their case number with the public inquiry , and NVC will only email you once they ship your petition to the beneficiary embassy
