    Any guidance on my situation above? No updates and no acknowledgment of receiving my RFE response. My case was transferred to the San Antonio Field Office in TX back in March. Thank you

    Any updates for anyone? I had an RFE for my medical exam last month, which I submitted before the deadline earlier this month. I only had a 4-week deadline to submit RFE documents, which made everything a bit hectic to get my medical exam done, but I am glad to have everything sent in. No activity in my account and no confirmation of receiving my RFE response, which is a little concerning for me, but I also understand it is not uncommon for USCIS to not update the case status. What are others experiencing? Thanks
