  1. I am August 16 and still waiting. This is so painfully awful. It shouldn't take this long. Uscis should be ashamed of themselves.
  2. I hear ya. Our group has only 7% remaining and we are in it. Aug 16 Noa1. I did two congressman/White House inquiries too. It's so upsetting.
  3. Hahah. Same! We could have submitted in May 2021 but decided to wait till August. We felt it gave better timing for things. Little did we know!!
  4. To my knowledge wait it out because from my understanding (and I may be wrong), you'd have to apply for the fiance visa in order for them to reside with you in the US while awaiting spousal approval? It won't be much longer I'm hoping. I guess, too, something to consider is your consulate wait times and compare to the CR1 wait times. Hope someone else offers insight too!
