  1. Sorry for the confusion this is causing. There are two immigrants total. One K1 and one K2. They each have their own separate i485 and i864 with their own different answers. They both have already done their biometrics, etc. While they both have their own forms and answers, the issue is with the question on the first post which for both immigrants was answered the same way and on that question YES was not marked. Since that question was answered wrong I was concerned if this can cause a denial due to affidavit or would I get an RFE or I can just upload that certain i864 page corrected (or maybe the whole i864 form again?) as unsolicited evidence on the MyUSCIS account. Thank you for the patience and sorry once again for the confusion.
  2. Hello guys, I applied for AOS for K1/K2, on the i864 form on part 3 I selected the second option. Apparently I got confused and thought it was the right choice if there was a K2 as well but it seems on question 1 the answer has to be yes as well? at this point would it better to wait for an RFE or resubmit that page as unsolicited evidence on myUSCIS account? Thanks. Part 3. Information About the Immigrants You Are Sponsoring 1. I am sponsoring the principal immigrant named in Part 2. YES OR NO (Applicable only if you are sponsoring family members in Part 3. as the second joint sponsor or if you are sponsoring family members who are immigrating more than six months after the principal immigrant) 2. (X) I am sponsoring the following family members immigrating at the same time or within six months of the principal immigrant named in Part 2. (Do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition.) 3. I am sponsoring the following family members who are immigrating more than six months after the principal immigrant.
  3. Petitioner still fills it out. The 134 isn’t only used for K1 visas which is why there are other sections that may look confusing but it’s still filled by the petitioner.
  4. That didn't work. Removing the K2 and proceeding with just the K1 beneficiary allows me to proceed to the payment screen using the regular case number.
  5. Hello, our petition is at the Dominican Republic embassy and ready for interview but I seem to have an issue. When we got our case number from the NVC, it was a regular case number. After it got to the embassy the case number was updated and now includes a “01 SDO” at the end of the number. I was under the impression that the same code was used for both the k1 and k2 but some people are now telling me that since the k2 was included in the i-129f that there should be two case numbers, identical but one ending in 01 and the other ending in 02. I’ve already filled out the DS160 for both k1 and k2. When I tried to pay the visa fees, on step 6 where there is a choice to add others by name, I added the K2. Put all the info, Ds160 confirmation number, etc. everything was fine until the next page where it then asks for the case number for both k1 and k2. I put our regular case number for both but kept getting the error that there is no valid record for that case number. After a couple tries, I’m now locked out of the website for 72 hours and cannot do anything until then. so my question is, was there a mistake either by either the NVC or the embassy were they were supposed to add another case number ending with 02 for the K2 as there is only one case number ending with 01? when I get access again to the website, when it asks for the case number again, do I have to include the 01 that was added to the case number? The 01 is not together with the rest of the case number, is followed by a space. Something like: SDOXXXXXXX 01 maybe I have to call the embassy and tell them exactly what I wrote here?
