Our application only arrived at the consulate last week (check my timeline for exact dates) due to issues with NVC

jumping on this bandwagon. in my scenario, our lawyer only spotted a mistake in the dates for the I-797 after the case was sent back to USCIS (annoyed that they did not spot this when the NOA2 was issued and waited so long). now here's to hoping it won't take a month for them to correct it and wait another 60 days for them to send it back to NVC. -

yeah, really hoping it's something as simple as that. Just frustrated that it took 60 days for our petition to get sent over and then was sent back to USCIS in a week. Now we're really worried about how long USCIS would take to process it again as we are on a tight timeline

So our petition arrived on 15th April and when I called in today to check, they said it was sent back to USCIS on the 26th. Any idea why our petition would have been sent back? We didn't even get a case number
