    I moved from the UK to NC Dec 2021. To apply to work in a childcare setting I need to provise proof of up to date criminal qualifying letter for the North Carolina Division of Child Development. It's also asking if you have lived out of state last 5 years to obtain a criminal history report and child abuse/neglect registey check. Does anyone know how to go about getting this from the UK please? On ACRO criminal records you can request one yourself for "criminal records" part but it does say for visa/immigration use. Slightly bit lost..any help would be great!

    Hi all, can someone please help. If I completed my medical on 1st October 2020 and my I-485 is still being reviewed, if I don't get my interview by 1st October will I need to re-do my medical? Unsure if the medical is valid for 12months only or if they will still accept it after this mark?
