    Hey all! With great pleasure I can say that the EAD card was delivered today in the mail - to say that we're super happy is an understatement! Now onto the waiting game for the Green Card. I wish all the very best for everyone!

    Update.... Today I went for the biometrics appointment and immediately after that the case status for I-485 and I-765 got updated to "Case is Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS". A few hours later we got a notice "Card is Being Produced" for the EAD! This is spectacular news and very quick at only 25 from applying to approval. Hopefully the rest moves on smoothly as well.

    Hello everyone! An update from us - yesterday we received the online access code letter and upon logging in online we found out that the biometrics appointment has been scheduled for 15th August.

    Hey everyone, good to see some familiar faces from the K1 filers! An update from us - yesterday we received all three notices for I-485, I-765 and I-131 in the mail. Still waiting on the mail regarding the online access code. Also, on 29th July we received a notification that the biometrics appointment was scheduled so we should be getting the date on the mail soon!

    Hi all, happy to join this group finally! We sent our Adjustment of Status package including the I-485/I-864, I-765, I-131 forms through UPS and our NOA1 is 21st July 2022. Still haven't received our paperwork, but hopefully should be here soon. As others have mentioned our case numbers start with IOE, which based on what I've read are processed online and seems promising in terms of timeframes!

    Hi all! I have a question as we're planning everything before my entry in the US early July. We're thinking of going to the local office for a SSN appointment 4-5 days after my entry. Is that too soon? Or should we wait the 10 working days as some people mention here, which at that point we'll already be married? From what I'm reading we should be fine, but I'm wondering if anyone had a similar experience recently?

    I had my interview at the London Embassy yesterday and with great pleasure I can say that the visa got approved!!!! The process was super smooth and efficient. It has been a long journey, but all worth it! We're so happy and we're getting ready for our new beginning finally 🙂 I wish all the best to the rest of you and to meet your loved ones very soon 😀

    That is great news - well done! Had my medical a couple of days ago and just like you said was super quick and smooth. Within one hour I was in and out! Can't wait for the interview now and finally make a start with the move 🙂
