I took over the reposting of these forums NOA2 to EMBASSY posts and just copy and pasted some of the old information so I may need to just revise it

What you listed aren’t the same things as a tax return. He needs to provide a copy of his most recent tax returns. The IRS transcript is super quick to print out online.

Because your embassy isn’t requesting new cases at a fast pace. That doesn’t mean that other embassies aren’t faster. It’s best to join groups that are also from your embassy to be able to make comparable estimates For some yes, for others no. Depends on the embassy
