  1. Congrats. Great news. Just curious, which section showed the card production? 765 or 131 or both? I noticed today that they have removed the progress tab from the 131 section. Weird. Maybe a glitch.
  2. Very cool. Congrats! The USCIS updated on Sunday, or you hadn’t checked in a while?
  3. Just checking in. No change since biometric on 8 March. 765 shows ‘taking longer then expected’ since 24 March. Ho hum.
  4. Ours took 28 days to cash our check and send texts. Pheonix lockbox.
  5. We’ve had no updates since our biometrics until today. The 765 section has the dreaded ‘your case is taking longer than expected’. No updates at all on the other 2. How fun. Yay.
  6. We sent to Pheonix. Took them 25 days to cash my check. It can take a while.
  7. This is what I was asking about. Both of your cases show biometrics complete. Our 485 case still shows biometrics incomplete. When I watched the lady doing the scans, she tried to scan the bar code and it didn’t work. So I watched her enter the receipt number manually. The letter had the receipt numbers for both the 485 and the 765. And she only entered one. I am worried only the EAD case will get credit for the biometrics. Am I being unnecessarily concerned?
  8. We completed biometrics today. 8 March. Question: under the myProgress tabs, the I-765 has a checkmark for biometrics step completed. The other 2 still show Step 2 of 3 (current step): Attend biometrics appointment (if necessary) as not completed. Is that normal? I would have thought all 3 would show that step completed.
  9. I see in your post that you live in Dallas? And sent your package to Phoenix? Look at this site below. If you are in Texas, you should have sent to the Texas lockboxes. https://www.uscis.gov/uscis-lockbox-filing-locations-chart-for-certain-family-based-forms They will either forward your package to the correct location, that will take a while, or they will send your complete package back and you can then send it to the correct place.
  10. You should update your timeline so we can see when you did things. But, we submitted to the Phoenix lockbox as well and it was 25 days before they did anything. As long as you have delivery confirmation, they will eventually do something, even if it’s sending the package back.
  11. We received our letter with the rescheduled biometrics. This Friday. Groovy.
  12. I have seen posts here from those that did that successfully. But when I did a Google maps search for the location, it specifically said they do not accept walkins. I don’t know if that’s generic for all the sites, but it would suck to drive all the way there just to be turned away.
