    Just a quick update, we sailed this week on a Disney cruise to the Bahamas and had no problems at all checking in with my husbands extension letter to the cruise or when we came back and had to go through customs and border patrol. In fact, the officer barely even gave his extension letter a glance.

    We are traveling to the Bahamas on a Disney Cruise in November and my husband’s conditional card expires on August 5th. We already have his 48 month extension letter, but the wording on the Disney Cruise website makes me nervous they won’t accept it. Anyone have experience traveling on a Disney Cruise with their extension letter?

    Received the 48 month extension letter in the mail today, 5/20/23, from the California Service Center. What I previously listed as the NOA was actually the online code and I couldn’t edit it.

    I don’t remember the name, but I do know it said it was left at the front desk. Also, I think checks take a little longer to cash and then update, so you are probably within normal times. If we didn’t have USPS informed delivery I would’ve never known the mail was coming today since they didn’t text or email.

    Case Timeline: Sent package via UPS to IL Lockbox: 5/8/23 Package received at IL lockbox: 5/9/23 Debit card charged $680: 5/11/23 Received NOA and Biometrics reuse letter received in the mail: 5/19/23 Case assigned to California Service Center. No updates via text or email received even though we sent the G-1145 forms with the package lol

    Aside from them charging my debit card on the 11th, we haven’t heard anything regarding my husbands application 😴 We filed at the Illinois lockbox Trying to be patient, but like I said before, he needs that extension letter to get a new drivers license!

    Oh no, I didn’t make copies of the G forms for payment or text/email notifications, etc unfortunately. Oh well. If we don’t get notification next week then we will know lol

    We can reprint/scan everything, all 500 freaking pages 😵‍💫. But I believe if I did forget to sign it, we will just be able to resend it with the correct fee? This time I think we will use a check 😂

    We had no problems paying by card with his K1 (which was withdrawn later) or his I-130/I-485 when he adjusted status so we just went with what has worked before. It just sucks because we really need the extension letter ASAP so he can renew his drivers license (which goes by the date of his EAD, not his green card unfortunately).

    I was just told we shouldn’t have put the tabs on there 🤦🏻‍♀️ When we filed his AOS in 2020 it was before the time where they scanned everything and had it start with IOE and we also didn’t have an online account with a code, etc so this is all new. Sigh
