    Passed N-400 and I-751 combo interview today. Filed N-400 last 06/16/23. No movement in I-751 case until it was approved today. 10-year GC will be produced and I will have to surrender it at the Oath Taking Ceremony. FO: Las Vegas, NV

    We are in the same boat. They received our packet 07/15/22. No more updates after being notified our case was transferred to NVC last 08/10/22

    Hi there, I submitted mine mid-July and the only update I've gotten was about a month after, notifying that my case was transferred from CA to National Benefits Center. No peep about a biometrics.

    For CR1 filers - do we usually get a biometrics appointment because we never had ours taken during an AOS process? The last time they got my biometrics was during my interview at the embassy.

    July 13 - dropped off packet at USPS July 15 - AZ lockbox received packet July 20 - got case # via text message (CA service center) July 23 - received 24 month extension letter Aug 10 - received NOA letter saying my case was transferred to National Benefits Center Is there any way online to see if there was any activity between the extension and case transfer?
