I did not mention my GC category based on the question asked!. My COA is IR6. The question that was asked was if I got a 10 GC doing AOS and that response is a yes!

Lawful permanent resident. At this time, there is nothing more that you can do until your petitions are approved. The case will then be transferred to National Visa Center (NVC) once approved for visa processing. @JeanneAdilalready responded to the category they will be processed as.

Wow! Thanks for this information. We thought her status would've expired because she did submit a outside case processing time and the response from them was to get the stamp!

A friend of mine gc will expire Sept 15, I advised her today to call to get an infopass appt. She's currently awaiting the callback as well as I had advised her to apply for naturalization.

No notice was given about the interview and y it was waived or maybe I haven't received one yet. Cant see my docs under my login(MSC).I received my rfe for medical as in late July. I responded less than a week. My status was updated that they received the response Aug 5th. I checked the stats everyday as I was looking for the update to say "interview scheduled". Only to check yesterday and say that the case was approved.... Fun fact, what was mentioned in the request was if I want to meet the quota for the fiscal year ending Sept 30 2022, I must response via express. Even though according to them, its not a must to be completed by then, still send by express mail. Medical was completed in 3 days and my package was already ready to go awaiting the envelope from the physician. LA office got it the Wednesday of the following week.

I've had this issue before. Last year when my work permit was issued, I read that within 7 days after getting my permit, I would be issued my ssn. That didn't happen and like you I had a job just waiting to complete the process. I made an appt with ssa and went to do my application. 2 weeks after my ssn was issued and then 2 weeks after that, another mail came with a different card number. I had already distributed the 1st number to my banks, dmv and my job so when I went to the appt to get it fixed, they did their thing and they said the new number would be 'deleted' however I was given back the new card with an attachment as a just in case for future reference. I kept using the first one I was issued and so far I haven't had any issues.

You can speak to a live rep through Emma on the website. When you go into Emma, type Live agent, it should give you a list to select from, I usually select technical difficulties.. once you get the rep, declare yourself with whatever questions they ask and just let them know you filed online and the error message you get. Hopefully they should be able to assist you.
