    We tried the K-1 Process & was approved, but because of the lengthy delays, decided my husband could not be out of work that long. Therefore we withdrew our K-1 from the NVC and got married in the UK. Then filed the CR-1 and now patiently (sort of) waiting it out.

    This is probably a stupid question, but I've confused myself. My husband has a conditional green card and we reside in the US. We are both over 50 so no children from this marriage. Do we need to submit fingerprints and photos with the I-751? Thanks, Dee
