    correct... however in many cases the officer the N400 interview will approve the ROC at the time they approve the N400 request. but as with everything this is no 100% guarantied.

    Same for us... I expect n400 complete before ROC

    I think most of us are in the same boat... no news after receiving the extension letter. I am YSC but seems to be across the board... I have not checked with august or october filers but I would guess much of the same. If it everyone else was getting biometrics appointments I would be worried but since this seems to affect the majority of us I am not so worried... its a long process..

    we have not heard anything either, I do check the case status and still at the packet received follow the i797 instructions page. does the online cases status get updated with the i797s just like they did with the k1 and initial visa app?

    quick update. received the letter yesterday, have not received any text messages... not sure if they did not process the form for texting or not. now to move to the n400

    packet delivered to Chicago on the 21st check was cashed on the 27th no sms and no letter yet... will keep you up to date.

    Fedex delivered on the 21st no text yet.. but it looks like it takes a while in Chicago to open the packets

    Just sent our Packet today via FedEx, should be at the center tomorrow. Hoping to get the extension letter as we have a trip back to home country scheduled for end of December
