  1. I do have informed delivery but don't see anything yet that could be the card, and I don't see any tracking number in the status update either. It just says to contact them September 22nd if we still haven't received it...
  2. Just checked case status and it said card was mailed today. Providing it doesn't get lost in the mail..I guess we might have been worried for nothing.
  3. So my husband and I filed to remove conditions last July and found out last week that they were approving his case to remove conditions. Great! Well the approval letter just got here and I was reading it over. It says we should receive the card within 60 days. It also says you should not travel outside the United States until you receive your green card as you may have difficulty reentering. My husband already booked a flight a couple weeks back to do a month long visit back home. He is scheduled to leave this coming Monday. I am supposed to be joining him at the end of the month. Do you think we will get his green card by the end of the month and I can bring it with me? Why can't we travel until we get the card if we have that letter?
  4. July 2022 LIN filer here. Update today to new card being produced. No N400, no interview. Good luck everyone!
  5. I just got a text that there was an update to my husband's case. New card being produced!!! Also a LIN filer. 😄
  6. I guess our biometrics are waived. Just got a status update saying fingerprints were applied to our case.
  7. Mailed it out last Tuesday and it arrived Thursday (the 28th). I hope you hear something soon!
  8. Just got the text a half hour ago that they've got our petition in Carol Stream.
  9. I've always sent a check and haven't had any problems. Our petition turned out to be about 160 pages total, so I'm worried now we didn't include enough lol. Finally sent ours out on Tuesday, and was notified that it was delivered this morning. Waiting now for the text.
  10. I was replying to SoftLoft. Tennessee does send to Arizona though.
  11. Check out this link. Your profile says New Jersey, so you'd be sending yours the same place I'm sending to....the Illinois address. https://www.uscis.gov/i-751-direct-filing-addresses
  12. Hey July filers, I'm with you! Haven't sent my husbands packet out yet, still gathering a few more things. Earliest we're allowed to file is on the 23rd. Besides the copy of green card, we're including the following stuff: - Drivers licenses w/ same address - Me listed as beneficiary on his pension - Scan of health insurance cards for both - Car insurance documents that list us both - Statements of joint bank account that list us both - Statements of joint credit card (My name is listed at the top, but it shows transactions for both of us) - Tax return transcripts for last 3 years - Itinerary of trip we took last year to visit his family in Germany - Letter from boss about our employment (we work together as well!) - Paypal transactions from me to my mother (sadly we still don't have our own place, but we pay my mother for utilities as our rent.) - Letter from my mother that backs up the Paypal documents - Customs form from packages his family sends us - Pool membership cards - Pictures Hoping this will be enough.
