  1. The time processing is always crazy to me. When I applied for my citizenship in 2017 the average wait time was 12-18 months. Mine took exactly 90 days from the day I sent application to the day I did my oath. When I did my adjustment of status back in 2009, I got the 10 year green card in the mail 45 days after I mailed my forms in. No interview, nothing (we did have the first interview and we had a child together) Those were the good times. Still haven't heard anything about my husbands case other than had the fingerprints taken. I am thinking we will have to have an interview since we didn't have one together for first GC. He just had it by himself at the US embassy in London.
  2. Received our biometrics appointment letter on Friday 😊 scheduled for March 30
  3. Got our 24 month extension letter today. Sent 2-16 Received 2-17 Credit card charged 2-18 Noa received in mail 2-28
  4. Finally got our notice in the mail today. 24 months extension is the standard now I am guessing.
  5. Got a text this morning and our credit card was charged on a Friday. So seems it went well and we should get the extension letter soon, hopefully. Fingers crossed you hear something before your travels!
  6. Packet delivered to Elgin lockbox on Thursday 2/17 at 11:30am Credit card charged Friday 2/18 (still pending) No text or email yet.
  7. It has been delivered! Now to patiently wait for a text and CC charge 🤞 Hopefully it's all good now! Hopefully the Illinois lockbox gets processed as quickly as the Arizona one
  8. I did everything fresh. The reason I did was because each page tbey returned had something printed on the bottom, and the green letter said "new filing". My husband wanted to just send the returned stuff with new check. I tried emailing and calling uscis but got nowhere so just decided to re do everything fresh. And we also decided to use credit card for payment instead of the check. Hopefully it doesn't get rejected this time, as green card expires on the 27th. Thanks and good luck to you as well! (2020 was actually an excellent year for us, my husband got his visa and was able to move here, we bought a house, our twins were born, I was lucky to be layed off and get unemployment due to pandemic so my husband didn't have to work and was able to stay home with me and the newborn twins. We got extremely lucky with how things went down, could have been catastrophic though)
  9. I had our I-751 rejected and returned for the same reason. I wrote 1-31-2020 on the check 🤦‍♀️ Just mailed the new packet back today.
  10. Sent new packet today. We ended up doing the form for credit card charge instead of a check this time. Technically, we now belong to February filers now 😅
  11. Because every single page has this printed on the bottom also the letter attached sounds like it's asking us to do new package
  12. Green card expires on the 27th so hopefully can get it there with plenty of time. Another question, we are reprinting everything and just noticed that the for I-751 prints out without the barcode, page number and the edition date on the bottom, is this normal? I selected fit to printable area on my printer but it still cuts of the line and bellow on the form
