Case was returned to USCIS after the interview was conducted. Case reached USCIS November 2017. They issued NOIR in February 2019. Response was sent in March 2019, and affirmed on August 13, 2019. Case was sent back to NVC on August 26, 2019. When I called NVC, they said they received the case on September 6, 2019.
