What to do if NOA1 has been sent to the wrong address and got lost?

We put our present address abroad (in China) but then we found out USCIS doesn't send their notices outside US. We have no idea where they have sent it and when we called the customer service they couldn't tell us either.

We have this thing on the USCIS site:

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status: Document OTHER THAN CARD manufactured and mailed.

On February 14, 2007, we mailed the document we manufactured based on our earlier approval of this case, and mailed it to the address on we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service.

Does it mean that the case was approved? Can we request to send us all papers again on the address in the US?

Sounds more like NOA2, contact USCIS and make sure the your address is correct and is a US address.

NOA1 can be lost without a problem, it is a receipt. having NOA2 is more critical, it is used later when adjusting status in the USA. You can order a replacement one using form I-824 and sending a $200 fee.
