Sent RFE back on the 19th.... it was delivered but they haven't updated my status.... not even the date!!

I'm getting nervous about this.... it's already the 28th....

if you just mailed it normal mail, it would not be a shock that they havent posted it yet. Many are taking up to 5 days or so after confirmed receipt at CSC.

There is another thread about this. I sent both my RFE's back (the first on the 3rd and the second on the 17th) and have not received any confirmation that either was received.

I don't know what happened to them. I called USCIS and they said I had to wait a full 30 days after sending my reply to call back. They didn't say what my options would be after those 30 days, however.

I am very nervous, too.

Mine was rcvd the 11th of july and they updated me on the 19th. So it should be coming. hang in there

I tracked our RFE and it took 6 days from when CSC received it for it to post on the USCIS web site.

Mine took 7 days from sending it to online update.. and my case is from VSC - supposely the fastest SC.

Don´t worry. They have it and will update it soon.

You can try calling them to have them locate your RFE or case. Bug them so they look for it. Say you tracked it back and it has been delivered.

I can't remember now where on their site I read this, but they had a notice up that due to the large colume of correspondence they were receiving, it was taking them up to 14 days to send out acknowledgements.

It took us exactly two weeks frommailing it to get a response from them.

Anyway.... I sent them an email and got this today:

My name is David Knight and I received an IMBRA RFE on the 3rd of July and returned it to the CSC on the 19th of July. I sent it overnight with USPS and it says it has been delivered. But the problem is that even though this Service Center has my RFE, the status of my case hasn't been changed since July 5th, not even the date has been updated, which makes me really anxious. Everyone waiting for them to update the status of your case and state it as received should email them.... it worked for me!
