How many here sent the new I-129f??

Just curious as to how many here on the forum have sent in the new I-129f (with IMBRA questions) and when???

I sent mine on 6/16/06 ( the day after the new forms were available) and it arrived at TSC on 6/19/06. I know it has to now go to CSC.

But so far nothing has happened. I just checked my bank account and my check has not been cashed.

I know its early, but maybe we can monitor how the service centers are going to handle the new IMBRA I-129f and what the time frames will be......

If Its getting trasferred to CA it may take awhile. Browse around the other post, plenty frustrated people here who use CA

Yea I've been reading it. Its very unfortunate......

Lets hope things pick up quickly..... Good thing is that I won't be getting an RFE in regards to IMBRA (and hopefully for anything else), so I'll be skipping that step.....

Our application was sent Fedex next day last Monday with the new forms...unfortunately, we had to send ours to Nebraska....which probably means that we are just going to be transfered to CSC. :S Oh well...beyond my control. Other downfall is that my fiance travels a lot for work so we may not know from day to day where our application is in the process....just hoping that we get lucky and sail through the system with ease....lol...I'm eternally optimistic btw

Good to hear VT is moving fast.. cuz thats where we are sending our new I-129F forms on wednesday !!! Finally after 2 years of being in school .. I can sponsor my fiancé and we can finally be married..

Welcome to VJ everyone who sent your petitions in recently. There is already a montioring system set up in the Immigration timelines, but this is only accurate if new members fill in their timelines and keep them updated. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT IN CALCULATING THE STATISTICS ON THIS FORUMS. If you wanted to monitor the ststistics for IMBRA you can always enter the dates you are searching EG: after March 2006.

OK, so we are in the same boat. We more or less sent it at the same time and both are being shipped to CSC (just great!!! yea right!!).....

If I'm not mistaken Nebraska no longer handles K-1's, which is unfortunate for you because it was faster than California. I believe yours will also be transfered to California as mine is.......

Texas is no longer processing K-1 Visa's, not sure why. But that is why their being transfered to California.......

Nebraska is also transfering K-1's to California...

So you're most likely right, its probably gonna be a LOOONG ride!!!!!
