hello everyone,

since my husband hasn't send my aos to nvc yet due to his tax,and he is going to file it next year when he gets my w7 for my itin,once he sent it my case would be done and just wait for my interview and everything..

i am planning to leave after our 2nd anniv. on july 30th next yr. to get 10 yr. green card(hopefully) and he will come here to pick us and to have vaccation also,he will stay here maybe for 3 weeks..

so its okay to me now for my case to finish even the first quarter of next year as long as i can get an interview before he comes here on july 09..

i was thinking of which is better,

1. to have my interview before he gets here or 2. have my interview when he is here?

if i will have my interview when he is here, is it possible to request for visa pick up at the embassy?

what are the pros and cons?

pls enlighten me guys..

anyway it does't matter if your husband is here or not during your interview,because during the interview ur husband stay out side the room and u're the only one having the interview.

and even u have conditional residence for 2 years or 10 years GC it does not affect ur interview...it's immigration duty...

and it's all up to u if u guys want to pick up ur visa or not....i am saying it's possible...

but what i am saying at my last post on ur thread while ago is that, saving ur effort to pick it up......

well i heard alot picking up their visas......just tell them u just have to pick up ur visa....that's it!!!!

one thing more:eventhough ur husband is here or not u can request for picking up ur visa....it has not something to do to him....

it's u ur having the interview....so u can do ur request even without him....

if i will have interview when he is here,that would be after our 2nd yr.we want to pick up the visa so we can go with him..

if he is not here,interview would be prior to our 2nd yr. so we will just wait for the visa and not to pick it up anymore..
